We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales & Customer Service Apprentice. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience while working towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification.

The Role

As a Sales & Customer Service Apprentice, you will support the sales team in providing outstanding service to customers, processing enquiries, and assisting with day-to-day business operations. You will learn how to develop customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and contribute to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling customer enquiries via telephone, email, and face‑to‑face interactions.
  • Providing product information and assisting customers with their requirements.
  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Preparing quotations and following up on sales opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
  • Assisting with account management and customer communications.
  • Updating customer records and maintaining accurate databases.
  • Supporting the sales team with administrative duties.
  • Monitoring customer orders and providing updates on delivery status.
  • Assisting with stock checks and inventory administration.
  • Resolving customer queries and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Learning about the company’s products, services, and industry sectors.
