The Role
We are looking for a Business Administration Apprentice to work across our operations team. In this role you will provide support within our compliance and payroll departments. This is a great opportunity for someone who is wanting to start a career in compliance, operations or payroll while gaining their L2 Business Admin Apprenticeship. The successful candidate will receive support and training by the operations team within a supportive office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Updating candidates through their registration process
- Providing great customer service
- Creating candidate ID badges
- Handling internal and external phone calls in a professional manner
- Updating various systems
- Data input
- Monitoring payroll inbox
- Responding to pay queries
- Assisting team with compliance checks
- Collecting client timesheets
- P45 and holiday pay submission
- Assisting with general admin tasks
Skills and qualifications
- GCSE Grade 4/C or above in Maths and English
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Teamwork
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
