We’re looking for a keen Accounts Apprentice to join our finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start a career in finance while learning on the job and working towards a recognised qualification. You’ll get involved in the day-to-day running of the accounts function and be supported by experienced team members as you learn.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Helping with invoices and purchase orders
- Processing supplier and customer payments
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping and record keeping
- Answering finance-related queries
- General admin duties within the finance office
What We’re Looking For
- An interest in accounts or finance
- Grade C/Grade 5 or above in 5 or more GCSEs, including Maths and English language
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers (especially Excel – training provided)
- Reliable and organised
