This is a great opportunity to join North Wales Police as a cleaning operative working in Divisional Headquarters, Llay 16 hours per week.
With a keen eye for detail, take pride in your work as you maintain the cleanliness of the buildings through various cleaning duties. Training will be provided to become proficient in appropriate cleaning methods, such as the use of cleaning equipment and best cleaning practices, following health & safety and use of personal protective equipment which is provided.
Responsibilities:
- Regularly carry out physical activities which would include walking, standing, climbing, bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching, grasping, pushing and pulling objects, lifting and/or moving up to 25lbs/12kgs, repetitive bending and lifting of items and repetitive arm movements.
Health and safety is of the utmost importance, therefore your day to day duties will comply with health and safety policies, procedures and best cleaning practices ie. cleaning specification, periodic cleaning table, cleaning induction and best practice and risk assessments.
Requirements:
- No previous experience or qualifications are required.
- There may be a requirement to cover staff absence within the assigned divisional area.
