Cambourne Village College in Cambridgeshire is recruiting a Reading and Literacy TA to deliver reading interventions for pupils with below-age reading skills. The role is permanent and part-time, 1 day per week (6.5 hours) with a Wednesday preferred start, and term-time plus two training days. Start date is Sept 2026.

The TA will work with the Literacy Coordinator and the current TA to maintain consistent delivery and support students across the school day.
