Salary: NJC Scale 4 Level 3 TA, Points 7 to 11 (£26,403 to £28,142 per annum FTE). Actual salary £4,468.20 per annum.
Contract: Permanent. 1 day per week – 6.5 hours per week 08.30 to 15.30 with a 30 minute unpaid break, preferably on a Wednesday, but Tuesday or Thursday also considered. Term Time plus 2 training days in September and October (38.4 weeks per year). Start date: September 2026.

We are looking to recruit a Reading and Literacy TA who is responsible for the delivery of reading intervention during tutor time and the school day, to students identified as having a reading age below their chronological age. You will also be required to liaise with the Literacy Coordinator and current Reading and Literacy TA to ensure continuity and consistency in the delivery of these sessions.
