Within FIG, our GP Services department is exclusively dedicated to advising European private market managers (Management Companies or “ManCos”) on strategic advisory mandates such as:

  • Seed investments (institutional investor or LP anchoring a fund in exchange for economics in the fund management company)
  • Sellside (minority transactions “GP stakes” and control stake transactions)
  • Buyside
  • ManCo financing
  • NAV financing

We are specialist bankers dedicated to advising fund managers, notably in venture capital/growth equity, private equity, secondaries, private credit, infrastructure, and real estate. In 2025, we counted ~170 transactions in private markets around the globe (vs. ~120 in 2024), of which ~60 in Europe.

We are looking for our next Analyst Intern to support the Head of GP Services in the marketing phases and execution of ongoing mandates. More specifically, you will be in charge of:

  • Database: maintain our internal proprietary M&A and benchmarking database (CapIQ and Preqin) up to date with relevant ad hoc analysis
  • Research and documentation - contributing to the preparation of prospecting materials and in-depth research on all sub asset classes in private markets
  • Valuation and financial modelling - performing valuations and building complex financial models
  • Drafting marketing materials (IM, teaser, management presentation, etc.)

This is a great opportunity to learn and develop your skills while working in a small, dynamic team!
