We are looking for our next Analyst to continue the development of our London office and contribute to the execution of ongoing mandates with a high level of responsibility.
More specifically, you will be in charge of:
Marketing materials drafting (IM, teaser, MP, process letters…)
Supporting the transaction processes
Dataroom management
Valuation and modelling – undertake valuations and complex financial models analyses
Research and documentation – coordinate the writing of transaction and prospecting documents
Marketing and sector coverage – assist in the execution of the origination strategy in a franchise
Join us if you have the following skills:Between 1 and 2 years of experience in M&A and/or Transaction ServicesFluent in French and EnglishStrong financial and accounting knowledgeCuriosity about finance and issues related to Tech and Growing companiesHighly motivated, enthusiastic, rigorous, you also have strong analytical skillsAbility to integrate quickly into a small teamFull professional proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
