We are looking for our next Analyst to continue the development of our London office and contribute to the execution of ongoing mandates with a high level of responsibility.
More specifically, you will be in charge of:
- Marketing materials drafting (IM, teaser, MP, process letters…)
- Supporting the transaction processes
- Dataroom management
- Valuation and modelling – undertake valuations and complex financial models analyses
- Research and documentation – coordinate the writing of transaction and prospecting documents
- Marketing and sector coverage – assist in the execution of the origination strategy in a franchise
Join us if you have the following skills:
- Between 1 and 2 years of experience in M&A and/or Transaction Services
- Fluent in French and English
- Strong financial and accounting knowledge
- Curiosity about finance and issues related to Tech and Growing companies
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, rigorous, you also have strong analytical skills
- Ability to integrate quickly into a small team
- Full professional proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
