This is achieved by focusing on key information, getting the right counterparties involved, selecting the most appropriate valuation benchmarks, and negotiating the best deal structures along with other terms and conditions.Key responsibilitiesYou will join a team specialized in Travel & Hospitality Tech, recognized as one of the most active teams worldwide, having completed more than 70 deals in the last 10 years.As an Analyst, you will take on significant responsibilities, supporting the mandate execution process from the initial meeting with senior management to working closely with senior professionals.You will also contribute to the development of cross-boarder deals in Spanish-speaking environments. More specifically, you’ll be in charge of:Valuation and Modelling – conduct valuation analysis and build complex financial models Research and Documentation – plan an active role in the drafting transaction documents (teaser, CIM..) and pitchesMarketing and Sector Coverage – assist in executing the origination strategyTransaction Process Support – provide support throughout the transaction processes Dataroom Management – oversee and manage the DataroomQualifications, experience and competencies requiredJoin us if you have the following skills:Fluency in French, English and SpanishAt least 2 years of experience in M&ATravel enthusiastHighly motivated, creative and rigorous, you also have strong analytical skillsAbility to quickly integrate into small/mid-sized teams A strong academic track record from a recognized business school, college or universityFull professional proficiency in Excel and PowerPointPlease note that we are not providing sponsorship, Therefore, you must already have the right documents to be eligible to work in London before applying.LocationLondon, 9-10 Savile Row W1S 3PF
