We are looking for our next Analyst to continue the development of our London office and contribute to the execution of ongoing mandates with a high level of responsibility. More specifically, you will be in charge of:

  • Marketing materials drafting (IM, teaser, MP, process letters…)
  • Supporting the transaction processes
  • Dataroom management
  • Valuation and modelling – undertake valuations and complex financial models analyses
  • Research and documentation – coordinate the writing of transaction and prospecting documents
  • Marketing and sector coverage – assist in the execution of the origination strategy in a franchise

Join us if you have the following skills:

  • Between 1 and 2 years of experience in M&A and/or Transaction Services
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Strong financial and accounting knowledge
  • Curiosity about finance and issues related to Tech and Growing companies
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, rigorous, you also have strong analytical skills
  • Ability to integrate quickly into a small team
  • Full professional proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
