Our client is creating an iconic, world-class private residential and lifestyle destination real estate developer, and the development will be centred around an extensive country estate. The long-term vision includes luxury residences, hospitality, leisure, golf, wellness and supporting infrastructure, delivered as a carefully curated, low-density master-planned community over the coming decade.
This is a senior leadership appointment for someone capable of taking ownership of development from the earliest stages through planning, design, infrastructure and vertical delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the planning, design, and execution of multiple high-value resort and residential assets.
- Manage project teams, budgets, schedules, and consultants to ensure world-class delivery.
- Drive coordination between design, construction, finance, and operations teams.
- Oversee reporting, governance, and risk management for development progress.
- Foster strategic relationships with government bodies, consultants, and brand partners.
- 15+ years’ experience in high-end resort development, ideally high profile / high value luxury projects overseas.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase developments with budgets in the hundreds of millions.
- Background in luxury hospitality, branded residences, or golf resort projects strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, financial, and communication skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
