Our client is looking for a transactions-focused Tax Manager to join their pan-European real estate business in London. Reporting to the Group Tax Director, you will work closely with the Investment, Asset Management, Finance and Legal teams, providing tax support across the full lifecycle of the UK and European portfolio.
The position is primarily transactional: covering acquisitions, disposals, structuring and exit-readiness, as well as assisting with operational/lifecycle issues and tax governance.
What We're Looking For:
- ~7–8 years' total experience
- Strong transactional tax and structuring background
- UK REIT experience preferred
