Senior Associate – Asset Management (Real Estate Credit)

Cambium Partners is working with one of the world’s leading real estate debt funds to hire a Senior Associate in their London asset management team.

This role offers exposure to a wide range of real estate asset types and capital structures, focusing on post-investment management, financial analysis, and stakeholder coordination.

Key responsibilities include:

• Updating financial models and valuations
• Reviewing funding requests and managing loan-level analysis
• Monitoring loan covenants and portfolio performance
• Supporting restructurings, amendments, and internal reporting
• Collaborating with borrowers, lenders, and internal teams

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5 years’ experience in real estate lending, asset management, or capital markets
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
• Understanding of CRE terms, leases, and debt structures
• Confident communicator, highly organised, and Excel proficient
