A leading independent insurance broker is expanding its tax insurance and contingent risk offering internationally, and we are supporting them exclusively with a key hire. The opportunity would suit a tax professional who enjoys the commercial side of their work and is interested in using their expertise, relationships and international experience to develop business in new markets. Italy and the DACH region are particular areas of focus, where the firm’s other broking teams already have an active presence and are seeing demand for tax expertise. However, the opportunity is broader, and they are open to people with strong networks and language skills across other international markets.
They offer an established platform, supportive colleagues and the backing of a well-capitalised, long-term investor. The rewards are closely linked to the business you develop.
We would be interested in speaking with people who have:
- A background in tax advisory, transactions, W&I or a related field
- International experience and useful language skills, particularly Italian or German
- Relationships across private equity, real estate, legal or accounting markets
- The confidence and commercial instinct to create opportunities
- An appetite to help build a growing international practice
Previous broking experience is not essential. Technical credibility, relationships and the ability to develop business matter more.
