We are pleased to be partnering with a fast growing real estate manager looking to hire into their asset management team. This role has a strong focus on portfolio modelling and performance analysis. You’ll be working across a large logistics portfolio, supporting business planning, investment decisions, and ongoing performance tracking.
The role:
- Portfolio modelling, including building and interrogating financial models
- Scenario and sensitivity analysis to support business planning
- Analysis of asset and portfolio performance (income, costs, occupancy, value drivers)
- Supporting hold/sell and refinancing decisions
- Working with large datasets to generate clear, commercially relevant insights
- Improving reporting and analytical capability (e.g. PowerBI or similar)
- Preparing materials for senior stakeholders, including investment committee discussions
Background:
- 3–5 years’ experience in real estate private equity, asset management, or advisory (FDD / valuation / modelling)
- Experience working with data-heavy environments (data lake / warehouse exposure beneficial)
- Ability to translate analysis into clear, commercial insight
