A fast-growing, family-focused members club operating across multiple London sites, with a strong pipeline of new openings over the next few years. Backed by a major private equity investor, the business is scaling quickly and building a high-quality finance function to match.

The role is an analyst-level position reporting to the FP&A Manager, within a small and talented finance team. You'll get broad exposure across financial planning, reporting, capex analysis and business partnering from day one.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting budgets, forecasts and rolling financial models across existing and new sites
  • Building and maintaining dashboards and reporting packs for senior leadership and investors
  • Contributing to new site underwriting and capex investment analysis (NPV, IRR, payback)
  • Working alongside Property, Operations and Commercial teams as a finance partner
  • Tracking KPIs and developing reporting frameworks as the business scales
  • Supporting with Board-level investment proposals

What we’re looking for:

  • Sharp, switched-on and keen to learn; attitude matters as much as experience here
  • Recent graduate, 1–2 years into your career, or a school leaver programme completer ready for a step up
  • Numerate with good Excel skills; financial modelling or data visualisation experience is a bonus
  • Commercially curious; you want to understand why, not just what
  • Comfortable working at pace in a fast-moving, scaling business
  • A finance or accounting background is helpful, but not essential for the right person

Nice to have:

  • Experience in or exposure to real estate, leisure, hospitality or multi-site businesses
  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools or ERP systems

A genuine opportunity to join a well-capitalised, ambitious business at an early stage and grow with it. You'll be mentored by an experienced FP&A Manager and Head of FP&A, with real progression potential as the business expands.
