Successful Teaching Assistant (HLT)will be a part of a large supportive team who work across Education, Care and Therapeutic services supporting each other’s practice to develop specialist services to those with additional and complex care needs including: Autism, ADHD, ODD and complex SEMH needs. This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to work alongside well-trained, qualified professionals across our multidisciplinary team and to join an expanding successful organisation.

  • Understand the complexities of our students and support them to make progress with their personal development.

  • Manage a range of behaviours as part of a skilled and supportive team.

  • Support in administrative duties as necessary.

  • Engage with career and training development.
