  • To teach a range of young people the majority of who will have either learning or behavioural difficulties or both.
  • To be cognisant of different methods in which students learn and to apply these sympathetically within the structure of lessons.
  • To maintain good professional practices.
  • To help create a positive environment for each young person with particular reference to his or her safety, health and education.
    We are looking for a motivated, skilled and resilient Class Instructor. The role will suit an instructor who can demonstrate energy, enthusiasm with a strong positive behaviour management ethos. Class sizes are small with TA support, all of our students need bespoke individualised learning., Able to plan and prioritise workload.
  • Ability to maintain judgement when working under pressure.
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and initiative.
  • Ability to learn and develop new skills.
  • Desirable:
  • Cross-curricular working to incorporate National curriculum into practical learning.
  • A significant level of teaching experience and relevant qualifications.
  • Good standard of education achieved.
