The School: At Whinfell School, our Residential Support Workers help autistic young people aged 7-19 to enjoy full, happy and meaningful lives. You'll create opportunities, build confidence, encourage independence and provide the consistent care that helps each young person feel safe, understood and valued. Of course, the role also involves responsibility, patience and resilience. You'll support daily routines, emotional wellbeing and personal development. But at the heart of it all is something very special: building trusting relationships and creating experiences our young people will remember.
