Role: Integrated Therapy Assistant, with more focus on SaLT input Location: Bletchley Park School hours Term time only Salary: £22,870.75 per annum The Cambian Group, the UKs largest provider of specialist services in education, mental health rehabilitation and learning disabilities, is looking for a dedicated, caring individual to join the company as an Integrated Therapy Assistant based at Bletchley Park School, We are looking for an enthusiastic and interested individual to work as part of the Occupational Therapy (OT) team and Speech and Language Therapy (SaLT) team at Bletchley Park School. This post will combine clinical and administrative support roles: you will work directly with individual Young People or with groups to deliver therapy programmes, under the direction of the senior OT or SaLT in the Educational and residential settings, and support the OT or SaLT in the assessment of young peoples communication needs, functional skills, and report on individuals progress, provide support with resources for individuals and contribute to the development of the Communication and Sensory Environment. You will receive regular supervision and, as part of the Cambian Clinical Service, be eligible for training.
