We are seeking a committed Residential Childcare Worker to join our team in Wisbech. You will play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children and young people with complex needs, helping them achieve their full potential., Must be 21 years or older (due to OFSTED regulations).

Previous experience in childcare, youth work, or a similar role is preferred but not essential.

A caring and empathetic nature with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Flexibility to work long shifts (8am-11pm) and undertake sleep-ins 2-3 times per week.

A full UK driving license is desirable but not essential.

A willingness to undergo training, including safeguarding and therapeutic approaches.

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)., We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All successful candidates will be required to undergo a thorough background check.
