About the Service
Complete Care & Enablement provides specialist support to individuals living in their own homes and supported living environments across North Wales. Our services range from 24-hour supported living to outreach support, helping people develop life skills, maintain their tenancies, build independence, and live the lifestyle they choose with dignity, respect, and confidence.
The Role
As Team Leader, you will:
- Lead, support and supervise support staff
- Facilitate team meetings and staff supervisions
- Contribute to and review person-centred support plans
- Support the Service Manager with quality assurance and governance audits
- Assist with rota management, shift allocation and arranging cover for annual leave and training
- Support individuals and their families to make informed choices about care and independence
- Champion Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) across the service
- Promote high standards of care, safety and compliance
- Lead by example and motivate teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working in a care, supported living or residential environment
- Experience leading or supervising care teams
- Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or evidence of working towards completion)
- Experience supporting adults with autism
- Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities
- Ability to communicate effectively in Welsh
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Strong leadership and organisational abilities
- A calm and resilient approach under pressure
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of others
