What the Role Looks Like
You'll work closely with the Assistant Regional Manager, an experienced Registered Manager, learning the ins and outs of running a successful children's home while still staying hands-on with the young people and team.
No being stuck behind a desk all day - we want someone who enjoys building relationships, creating positive experiences for young people, and leading a team that genuinely cares.

Essential Requirements and Experience
- Relevant Experience: At least 2 years in a position related to residential care of children, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years.
- Qualifications: Level 3 in Children's Residential Care is essential. We will fund and guide you through Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
- Knowledge of Ofsted and residential childcare regulations
- Confidence leading shifts and supporting staff
- The drive to learn and progress
- Driving License: Full UK required.
