About the Role
As a Residential Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the residential home, supporting a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care to children and young people. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Residential Support Workers.
- Ensure the home operates in compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.

- Oversee the planning and delivery of individual care plans.

Qualifications
- A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
- A full UK driving licence.
