The Referrals Team Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day quality output from the referral team coordinators. Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all provider requests are responded to in a timely manner.
  • Working closely with the Team Manager to highlight successes and areas of improvement for each individual and the team as a whole.
  • Developing the referral coordinators and admin support to deliver the efficient management of all referrals received direct from LA’s, through portals and via Commissioning Managers.
  • Providing referral volume insight, reporting on referral trends and providing daily live offer updates for colleagues and Service Leads.
  • Ensuring all offer documentation and fees are 100% compliant and accurate.
  • Supporting the Referral Co-ordinators with their daily tasks.
  • Managing the referral inboxes and liaising with the LA’s for further detail to get the right child in the right home to maximise success for the child’s placement with us and enhance their life and development.
  • Providing accurate daily reports.

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the capacity to influence across all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience working in a childcare environment is advantageous.
