Pay: Up to £34,779 (depending on experience and qualifications)

What You’ll Do

• Support young people with their daily routines, such as getting ready for school, preparing for meal times and planning activities.
• Provide a warm, homely environment by assisting with light housekeeping.
• Lead shifts and deputise the home manager.
• Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
• Plan and join fun activities, including trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights and creative projects.
• Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.

Where You’ll Do It

Who You Are

Warm, patient, a great listener and encourager, focused on achieving outcomes for others. You hold a full UK driving licence, a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare and two years of experience in a residential setting.
