We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Curriculum Lead to join a specialist school in Riyadh, supporting children aged 3–12 with ASC and additional needs. This is a key leadership role responsible for the development, implementation, and quality assurance of an innovative curriculum based on the British EYFS and National Curriculum, adapted to meet the needs of all learners within an integrated, clinically informed setting.

You will work closely with senior leadership and external education authorities in Saudi Arabia to support curriculum development, alignment, and formal accreditation processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of the school curriculum.
  • Ensure high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment across the school.
  • Support and manage teaching staff, providing coaching and leadership.
  • Work with SLT to embed curriculum intent and ensure consistent delivery.
  • Liaise with the Ministry of Education / Curriculum authorities in KSA.
  • Monitor curriculum impact and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure safeguarding, inclusion, and high standards across all provision.
About You
  • Qualified teacher status (QTS or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in curriculum leadership or SLT role.
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS / British National Curriculum.
  • Experience in SEN or specialist education (preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and curriculum design skills.
