We are looking for Residential Support Workers / Children’s Support Workers / Care Workers to join our team who share the same values as we do. Our Residential Support Workers receive specialist training in respect of early trauma, CSE, HSB, Children’s rights and participation. We work to a multi-disciplinary approach with clear measurable outcomes.
Essential:- Hold a full manual driving licence
- Able to work shift pattern of 3 on 6 off or 2 on 4 off including Sleep In’s
- Energetic and able to work in a fast-paced residential care environment
