Job role: To be part of a team offering a comprehensive residential service to children and young people, by ensuring we offer a clean, safe, and environmentally friendly home which meets the needs of our young people.
- Cleaning - ensuring a high standard of cleanliness throughout the centre
- Liaise with management and staff in relation to daily chores requiring completion
- Ensure all facilities are cleaned to a high standard as well as maintaining up to date stock levels and record keeping
- Report any maintenance issues to the manager
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience
- Good communication with colleagues and young people
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Have a flexible approach to work
- Good organisational skills
- Knowledge of Health and safety requirements surrounding the cooking and preparation of food
- Food hygiene knowledge
