We find and train the best foster parents to give young people in our care a better chance in life, and we are looking for a dedicated, experienced individual to join our team as a Regional Manager.
The Role
We are seeking a dynamic, innovative and creative Regional Manager to join our established teams. The Regional Manager will be responsible for managing the provision of our therapeutic fostering service in the Midlands region. The post holder will lead and manage a staff team to ensure that the highest quality therapeutic fostering services are delivered for the children, families and customers of By the Bridge with Cambian.
You
- You will be a qualified social worker currently registered with SWE, with demonstrable management experience.
- You will have experience of dealing with complex, regulated processes and a wide-range knowledge of fostering and fostering legislation.
- You will have a robust understanding of the importance of safeguarding children and young people, ensuring that this is kept at the core of your practice.
- You will have excellent communication skills and demonstrate confidence and leadership, with the ability to manage relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- You will have good IT skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience in using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Dynamics Charms) would be advantageous but is not essential.
The Package
