Position: Senior Support Worker - (Children’s Residential Child Sexual Exploitation Service)

Location: SY13, Shropshire

Compensation: Salary: £30,513 + £3,000 sleep‑in bonus (annual average). Rising to £32,219 after 18 months + £3,000 sleep‑in bonus (annual average). £2,000 Welcome Bonus.

Responsibilities: In this role you will join an experienced and supportive team within a fully equipped setting, aiming to enable each child and young person to achieve their personal best.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience to demonstrate shared values: integrity, accountability, commitment, responsibility, person-centred approach, enthusiasm.
  • Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
  • Ability to provide at least two references covering the past two years.
  • Reference information for all positions related to working with children and the vulnerable, and details of employment going back to full‑time education.
  • Comfortable using an electronic care recording system daily to document, monitor, and update records; experience with Clearcare is an advantage but not essential.
