Our focus is on helping individuals live as independently as possible while receiving the personalised support they need to thrive. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in enriching people's lives, promoting wellbeing, and making a meaningful difference every day.

The Role
As a Support Worker, you will:
- Deliver person-centred support tailored to individual needs
- Assist with daily living skills and personal care where required
- Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
- Support individuals to access activities, appointments, and the local community
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
- Participate in a rota that includes evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins
About You

- Commitment to achieving a Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care
