Location: Y Felinheli, Gwynedd

Pay: £13.45 per hour plus £62.64 sleep-in allowance

Hours: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week, rota-based)

Complete Care & Enablement supports people across North Wales with autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and neurological needs. Our focus is on helping individuals live as independently as possible while receiving the personalised support they need to thrive. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in enriching people's lives, promoting wellbeing, and making a meaningful difference every day.

The Role

As a Support Worker, you will:

  • Deliver person-centred support tailored to individual needs
  • Assist with daily living skills and personal care where required
  • Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
  • Support individuals to access activities, appointments, and the local community
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
  • Participate in a rota that includes evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins

About You

Essential Requirements

  • Ability to communicate in Welsh is essential
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willingness to work unsociable hours on a rota basis
  • Commitment to achieving a Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care
  • Enhanced DBS check (paid for by CareTech)
