Cambian Group Plc is seeking compassionate residential care workers to support children and young people in our care.
You will build strong relationships in a warm, supportive environment and help guide positive life choices during daily activities and trips.
Training is provided with two weeks of paid induction, and opportunities to gain NVQ Level 4 in the children and young people’s workforce.
Weekends are common, with extra shifts available to suit the balance.
