Cambian Group is seeking a Residential Team Leader for one of our children's homes.
You will lead by example to other Children’s & Young People Support Workers, guiding care in line with Ofsted standards.
The role includes planning rotas, supporting the Deputy and Home Manager, and ensuring a safe, family environment for the children.
Salary starts at £14.67–£15.49 per hour with additional sleep-in shifts and a generous annual leave allowance.
