Cambian Group Plc is seeking a Waking Nights Support Worker for our Children’s Residential Home.

You will be awake during night shifts, providing safety, emotional reassurance and stability to children who have experienced trauma.

You will monitor wellbeing, respond to distress, complete accurate logs and handovers, support bedtimes and morning routines, and help maintain a calm, therapeutic environment throughout the night.
