As a Support Worker at Southlands School, you’ll be part of a supportive and talented team, working together to help our children and young people grow up to be the best that they can be.
This is a stimulating role, so we are looking for committed, empathetic and engaging people.

If you require it, full training and support is provided to achieve a nationally recognised Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification.
Many of our team who started as Support Workers have progressed through our team into more senior positions and we welcome anyone looking to take their career forward with Cambian.
Located in a beautiful building with scenic surroundings, our school and homes help educate and care for young people with a range of communication, behavioural, social and emotional difficulties.
Our young people are intellectually high functioning and we pride ourselves on being able to engage every person with interesting and stimulating activities.
Days out include a range of activities like kayaking, abseiling and even skydiving, but as a Support Worker here, you’ll help us organise and run plenty of other “outside of the box” ideas to help our young people on their road to independence.

- Mature, calm demeanour with active listening skills.
- Must hold a clean Full UK Driving License.
