Role: Residential Childcare Practitioner - Sessional Hours
Location: Newtonmore
Salary: £13.45 per hour plus £67.50 per sleep
A full Manual UK driving licence is required and we are unable to offer sponsorship for this vacancy.

What You’ll Do
- Support young people with their daily routines, getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities.
- Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.
- Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
- Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects.
- Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.
Where You’ll Do It
Atha Mor is a beautiful, welcoming home based in the Scottish highlands, sitting on a lot of land ensuring our young people have a safe space to live and thrive. We are registered to support 4 young people who may be affected by learning disabilities and/or complex behaviours.
