We are the Cambian group, one of the largest independent providers of care and education for children and young people. We are looking for a caring and compassionate person with the desire to help children and young people, by making a positive difference to their lives. This is a challenging yet highly rewarding role where resilience is key. You will be working as part of a team supporting the homes and the children to reach their goals.

Essential Information

  • Full time contracts - 42 hours per week: £28,806.96 - £33,702.96 + Overtime
  • 236 hours of paid annual leave per annum
  • You will receive a monthly rota
  • This is a 365 day a year job, including Christmas, New Year and all the fun holidays but it is even more fun when you celebrate with the children!
  • You MUST be 21 due to Ofsted regulations
  • Driving is essential due to locations of the homes
  • No experience needed
