The Oakleaf Group in Hartwell, Northampton, is seeking a part-time Physical Health Assistant to join the Neuro Rehabilitation service.
You will assist with health promotion, routine monitoring and ensure timely access to healthcare.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team to promote positive health outcomes, maintain accurate records and coordinate appointments.
This role also includes stock management, administrative duties and safeguarding responsibilities to support high-quality care.
