Where You’ll Do It

Fensgrove is a beautiful house that lives up to the expectation of being a home. It is decorated to a high standard with lots of homely characteristics, such as warm wallpaper, soft furnishings and accessories to match. Fensgrove is blessed to have a large outdoor space with a big garden and looks out onto the local nature reserve – which is beautiful to sit and look at on a lovely evening as the sun goes down. The garden is full of playful toys and a large paddling pool for those wonderful summer days.

At Fensgrove, we support our children by providing a nurturing environment, talking to our children and showing them love and support, providing them with guidance and caring advice. We use our knowledge, understanding and aspects of PACE to help the children cope with any challenges that they may face. Our aim here at Fensgrove is to inspire children, be role models and show the children their own self-worth. The children make us feel whole and show us that we are making a difference to their lives through their progress and words of thanks. We are one big happy family and this works so well with our homely environment. The team thrive when they come together and can see the difference they make upon reflection. We regularly share good news and progress made during team meetings and have a moment where we can reflect and give people words of encouragement and advice if needed. We support each other as a team each and every day and we support the children all of the time – through nurture, care and attention.
