Position: Deputy Head (Curriculum & SENCo)
Location: Church Fenton, North Yorkshire
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, term time
The Deputy Headteacher will provide the leadership required to achieve strong and exceptional outcomes in terms of the quality of learning and teaching across the school, the curriculum content, and meeting student needs to overcome individual barriers and support the development of a love and enjoyment of learning.
Cambian Fenton Grange School, an independent DfE-registered school, provides high quality specialist education for up to 20 students who have experienced trauma. The pupils in our school exhibit a range of challenging behaviours and associated learning and communication difficulties.

- Understanding of the need to ensure a high level of presence around school and promote staff morale/wellbeing and ownership of the school’s vision, values and policies
