Are you a passionate and committed Teaching Assistant looking for a new challenge? We are hiring Teaching Assistant at Cambian SEMH and Complex Trauma Chase House School in Brownhills. Position: Teaching Assistant (SEMH and Complex Trauma) Location: Brownhills, Walsall Hours: 40 hours per week, term time, permanent position Salary Details: £21,550.72 per annum Come and join a fantastic team and be part of making the biggest difference to children who need the very best people to care, teach and advocate for them. The ideal candidate will: * Have a passion for working with young people and want to make a difference in people’s lives. * The young people that you will be working with, have behavioural problems and have experienced trauma and so we would require an individual who will bring positive commitment to young people and has an awareness of their issues. * Be punctual and flexible. * Be well-organised, adaptable and practical. * Able to work under pressure, sometimes in stressful and challenging situations * Self-motivated and be able to use own initiative.
