Cambian Brook View School offers education, care and clinical support for children & young people aged 8 to 18 years on a full‑time residential basis across the UK.
Employment Opportunity: Brook View School
The new Brook View School is expanding and ready to open a new home. We need a staff member to help build the environment and support children & young people aged 8‑18 with a range of autistic spectrum and complex needs.
Salary & Hours
Salary: £28,080 – £29,536 DOE. Hourly rate: £13.50 (unqualified) / £14.20 (qualified). Full‑time staff work 40 hours a week on a rota basis, covering a mixture of earlies & lates (with Sleep Ins).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a vital member of the dedicated team, helping children & young people learn and develop skills for life.
- Assist staff in setting up and maintaining the new home’s ethos and culture.
- Participate in ongoing training programmes and mentoring to develop professional skills.
- Support residents through daily care, education and clinical activities on a full‑time residential basis.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Full UK driving licence.
- Passion for helping children and young people reach their potential.
- No specific qualifications required; training will be fully funded.
- Subject to DBS and reference checks in line with government regulations and safeguarding best practice.
