The role involves overseeing the daily operations of the After School Club and the holiday playscheme in conjunction with the Service Manager, ensuring high-quality play and learning experiences, and supervising staff to uphold best practices in childcare.
The Playworker Supervisor will deputise for the Service Manager in their absence to maintain the service's smooth operation.
