As the Proposition Manager, you’ll be working as part of Camberford Underwriting and other sister brands (Underwriting division of Brown and Brown) with developing commercial products such as Contractors, Commercial Combined, Construction, Terrorism, and Life Sciences. These products cover the financial risks faced by businesses, protecting their property, people, legal liabilities, income, and operations against loss or disruption.
You’ll lead the development pipeline, driving continuous improvement and ensuring our products are innovated in line with customer needs and business objectives. Partnering closely with teammates across the division, you’ll help turn strategic ideas into high‑quality, desirable solutions.
You’ll lead the annual review process for your products, ensuring they consistently deliver fair value and remain competitive in the market. Throughout the year, you’ll track and analyse performance, providing insight and regular updates.
Responsibilities- Ensure the propositions we deliver are best in class for customers and user experience.
- Support the product team to help set and deliver the business product strategy.
- Identify opportunities, carrying out ongoing market and competitor research.
- Undertake annual product reviews in line with group governance and regulatory guidelines to ensure our products deliver fair value to customers.
- Analyse and communicate the performance of all products allocated to you.
- Support the business with any product training and development.
Develop your own personal development plan to ensure your knowledge and skills continually grow and maximise your potential.
Other Duties- Provide regular updates on your progress and performance of products.
- Contribute not only to the success of the team, but also to its continuous development. You’ll identify improvements in internal process and work with your teammates to continually assess & implement best practice.
- Perform other duties from time to time as determined by the board and senior management.
