Role Description
The Office Administrator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Harrogate.
The role involves managing day-to-day office operations, including handling incoming calls and emails, maintaining records and filing systems, and preparing documents, invoices, and correspondence.
The Office Administrator will organize appointments and schedules, support order processing and logistics, and ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained.
The role also includes providing customer service support, liaising with suppliers and internal teams, and assisting with basic data entry and reporting to keep workflows efficient and accurate.
Qualifications
