As our Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing our marketing activities to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. You will manage the marketing lifecycle—from researching customer needs and market trends to executing campaigns and analysing results. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and data-driven decision-making to enhance our brand’s presence and support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services.
- Assist in developing and implementing a marketing plan that is informed by customer insights, data analysis, and business objectives.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the brand and generate traffic (both online and offline), using data to optimise strategies and achieve measurable results.
- Create and coordinate engaging content for various channels, including the website, blog, and social media, with a focus on performance metrics.
- Manage social media accounts to increase audience engagement and follower growth, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
- Oversee the creation of promotional materials, such as brochures, digital assets, and other content, working with our design team.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners, contributing to the positive perception and strength of the brand.
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, producing regular reports and data-driven insights to improve future performance.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to represent the brand and gather market insights.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulations that may impact our products or marketing strategies.
- Gather client and customer feedback to understand needs and preferences, and relay these insights to relevant teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors.
- Experience with data analysis and using quantitative insights to guide marketing decisions.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with key marketing tools, including social media platforms, website management, Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and analytic tools such as GA4 and Power BI.
