ROLE OVERVIEW
As our Growth Manager, you will drive customer acquisition and revenue expansion through a combination of strategic outbound calling, lead generation, and targeted digital marketing campaigns. This role connects marketing initiatives to sales outcomes, focusing on the fundamental activities that directly impact pipeline growth and business development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute high-impact outbound calling campaigns to prospect lists and marketing-qualified leads
- Engage decision-makers in meaningful conversations that identify needs and qualify opportunities
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects for the commercial team
- Develop personalized follow-up strategies that move prospects through the funnel
