Senior Sales Executive – Treasury & Capital Markets

CAMAC Talent are partnering with a Global Treasury & Capital Markets technology provider that is investing significantly in its international sales organisation.
We're looking for a Senior Sales Executive to take ownership of new business across the UK and Nordics, selling complex, mission-critical technology into leading banks and financial institutions.
The Opportunity:
This is a high-impact individual contributor role for an experienced enterprise seller who wants genuine ownership of their market and the opportunity to build and develop a strategic territory.
You'll join a highly experienced leadership team with a strong focus on autonomy, development and giving salespeople the support they need to perform at their best .
You'll have the backing of established Pre-Sales and Solution Consulting teams , an existing footprint across global banking, and the opportunity to win significant new logos across a strategically important market.
As the international sales organization continues to grow, there is also genuine scope for career progression and increased responsibility within the business.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record of new-logo enterprise software sales into banks and financial institutions
- Strong hunter mentality , with experience building pipeline and opening new accounts
- Ownership of the full enterprise sales cycle , from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and close
- Proven success closing complex, high-value, long-cycle software deals
- Strong knowledge of Treasury & Capital Markets technology , ideally across Treasury, Trading, Market Risk, ALM, Liquidity, Derivatives or related Capital Markets solutions
- Consistent individual quota achievement with clear evidence of sales performance
- Credibility engaging senior and C-level stakeholders within major financial institutions
This would particularly suit someone from an established Treasury, Trading, Risk or Capital Markets technology vendor who is looking for greater territory ownership, excellent leadership and the opportunity to play an important role in an international growth journey.
