We're hiring a Marketing Manager who already uses AI to run sharper campaigns, build better briefs, and turn market activity into pipeline. This is a commercially accountable role owning demand generation across UK, Middle East, and Africa - sitting at the intersection of ABM, field marketing, and strategic events.

How AI shapes this role

  • Campaign planning: synthesise market intelligence and build ABM briefs faster, so your energy goes into insight and positioning.
  • Content and comms: AI generates first drafts for event invitations, follow-ups, and campaign copy - you edit and refine.
  • Event delivery: manage the operational layer faster, so your attention stays on the room and the relationships.
  • Reporting: turn pipeline data and event ROI into clear stories for revenue conversations.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute a field marketing strategy across UK, Middle East, and Africa aligned to revenue targets.
  • Plan and deliver high-impact events - conferences, sponsorships, executive roundtables, and relationship-led experiences.
  • Run ABM initiatives for high-value target accounts, using AI to identify engagement signals and personalise outreach at scale.
  • Partner with revenue leaders to align field programmes with pipeline and client expansion goals.
  • Track and report on field marketing performance - pipeline impact and ROI - using CRM and marketing automation tools.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in field marketing, events, or experiential marketing in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of linking marketing activity to pipeline.
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and revenue leaders.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Daily user of LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for briefs, copy, research, and reporting.
  • Willingness to travel and support events outside standard business hours.

What success looks like

  • Pipeline: field activity consistently converting to qualified opportunities.
  • Events: high-impact experiences that drive post-event engagement with senior decision-makers.
  • ABM: target accounts progressing through the funnel with marketing as a clear driver.
  • Reporting: clear, data-backed ROI stories that revenue leaders trust.
